I've been the overwhelmed one. The stretched-thin one. The one who knew God had more but couldn't quite find the door. That's exactly why I do what I do.

For over three decades, I've walked alongside women in every season of life. The overwhelmed mom who can't remember the last time anyone asked what she needed. The woman who has slowly lost herself in everyone else's needs — and only just noticed. The one who knows, deep in her bones, that God has more for her, but can't quite find the door.

Why I Started

Life is full, loud, and beautiful. It took me years to learn it didn't have to cost me myself.

Here's my life in one breath: I'm a wife of 37 years, a mom of four, and a GiGi to eleven wild and wonderful grandbabies — all under ten. Yes, eleven. Yes, all under ten. Our house is never quiet and I wouldn't trade a minute of it.

But somewhere in all that beautiful fullness, I learned something the hard way: the fullness doesn't have to come at the cost of knowing who you are. For too long, I thought loving everyone well meant leaving myself for last — until "last" quietly became "never." God had to teach me that pouring out and disappearing are not the same thing.

When I finally understood that, everything changed. And I couldn't unsee it in the women around me — women serving, giving, holding everything together, and slowly forgetting the woman God made them to be. I started coaching because I refuse to watch women shrink when I know the way home.
