Do I have to be in full-time ministry to be coached?
Not at all. We coach ministry leaders, but we also coach Christian men and women in every walk of life — professionals, parents, volunteers, and anyone who wants to grow in their faith and calling.
How much does coaching cost?
Every coaching relationship starts with a free 30-minute connection call — no cost and no obligation. After that, sessions are $100 each. No packages required, no long-term contracts. You invest one session at a time.
What is the free connection call?
It's a no-cost, no-pressure 30-minute conversation with Penny or Scott. You'll talk through where you are and what you're carrying, and together you'll get a sense of whether coaching is the right next step. There's nothing to buy and no obligation to continue.
Is this counseling or therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-focused: clarifying where God is leading you and building a practical path to get there. If we sense you'd be better served by a licensed counselor, we'll say so honestly and help you find one.
Are sessions confidential?
Completely. What you share stays between you and your coach. Leaders especially need a safe place to be fully honest — that's exactly what we provide.
Are sessions in person or online?
We offer both, depending on your location and preference. Most clients meet with us by video call, which makes coaching accessible wherever you are.
Why is coaching separated by gender?
Wisdom and accountability. Penny coaches women and Scott coaches men so every client has a coach who understands their season firsthand — and so every relationship stays above reproach.
